I received this product at no charge from the vendor for the purpose of doing a video, Therefore it has no monetary value to me. This video is my opinions and experiences with the product, and is in no way intended to be the final hammer of judgment. Now then.... Is this a clone of the nemesis? I don't know. Like I said in the video, I don't know if JD Tech had any malicious intent when creating the scorpion. There are a lot of differences (and similarities ) but It does feel like it's own mod. The machining is top notch, it's much more sharp and squared off. It's got a good locking switch, but awful airflow for regular 510 connections ( Cartomizer, atomizer, Protank ) RBA's that provide their own airflow will obviously work just fine on the Scorpion. The full kit with all the tubes will work with a variety of batteries from smaller 18350's to 18650's and an 18650 with a kick or kick V2. I truly can not stand the engraving on it. It feels rough and jagged. The rest of the mod feels very nice and again, very well machined. In the end you will have to decide for yourself what mech mod you want. For the full kit ( which is the only way i've seen it sold so far ) it's going to be $199 + shipping. Which is a lot of money *vape budget hands* Thanks so much for watching everyone! https://www.facebook.com/media/set/?set=a.283500111793192.1073741826.178851208924750&type=3 http://www.vaporcigzz.com/Scorpion-Mod-by-J-D-Tech-s/1921.htm http://www.grimmgreen.com
I received this product at no charge from Innokin for the purpose of doing a video, Therefore it has no monetary value to me. This video is my opinions and experiences with the product, and is in no way intended to be the final hammer of judgment. Now then, If you dig the original iTaste MVP, chances are you will also dig the iTaste MVP V2. The V2 adds variable wattage as well as an OHM checker into the mix. I cant find any information about the Amp limit on the switch, but the MVP V2 will not be able to fire "sub-ohm" builds, although it will read their ohms. Is it worth upgrading from an MVP V1? That really depends on how important an OHM checker and VW is for you. I got along without an OHM checker on my MVP V1 for a long time. The Variable wattage is very nice to have. The form factor is the same. I forgot to mention this in the video, but the dimensions of the MVP 2 are slightly different. I tried applying a J-Wraps wrap from the V1 on the V2 and it didn't quite line up correctly. So you will need to get a NEW wrap for the V2 if you want to go down that road, just a heads up. If you don't have an MVP yet. This is the one to buy, variable voltage / wattage. Ohm checker. Internal 2600mah battery charged via USB. Ego style connection, 5V USB out for charging smartphones. It's really a great little package IMO. thanks for watching everyone! http://www.grimmgreen.com/
