I have had a broken smok product on my shelf for 4 months, finally got a reply yesterday from them.

They offer me 85$ off the TPriv which they sell for 120. So I'd only have to pay 35!!!!

So I kinda think to myself hmm 120 seems like a lot for that product do a quick Google and every other company sells if for 40-50.

They're giving me a 10$ coupon after waiting four months for assistance and acting like I should be grateful.

My reply

"Are you kidding me?

I bought this product 4 months ago, it took you this long and all I get is a voucher for 85$ off a product I don't want?

And spoiler alert, it's not actually worth $120 I googled it and the first 3 results had it between 40-50$.

You're giving me a 10$ coupon and saying its 85$ and acting like I should be grateful.

Please don't insult me, is how smok actually does customer service?

Do something to actually help fix my problem rather than just try and get me to buy a new product at essentially retail price.

I'm sorry if this is rude, but that's totally unacceptable. "

Please provide a picture of the purchase receipt, please ensure there is seller name, model name, unit price and purchase date on it;

Please provide a picture of serial label on the product box;

Could we know which country do you live in?   Looking forward to your reply, thanks!"

Just sent back my info everything but the receipt. No I don't have a scrap of paper from four months ago smok, sorry!

So we'll see if I get anything better than a fucking coupon. But I really kinda doubt it.
