Super strong flavours (but not FA) https://ift.tt/2Mq8wVa

Hi there, have any of you guys encountered any strong flavours that aren't from companies that are known for being super concentrated.

When I first started vaping, I liked thug juice from MBV. You get sick of that pretty quick and it's too much for me to vape now but I got some FW Jungle Juice. Mixing it at 10% is actually awful to taste now even though MBV would have mixed it at higher than 10% in their Thug Juice.

So I experimented and discovered that you can mix maybe a maximum of 4% FW Jungle Juice and any other fruity flavours up to a total of say 10% and it tastes amazing.

  • 4% FW Jungle Juice
  • 4% FA Fuji
  • 2% FA Forest Mix

mix at max vg/pg (90/10)

It just tastes amazing, and I understand that obviously the FA flavours are super concentrated so that is still a lot of flavouring at 10% but if you try this recipe you'll realise that a lot of the flavour comes from the jungle juice and the other flavours just contribute to the profile. You can add pretty much any flavour to make it up to 10% (Watermelon or grape can work) and it tastes amazing AND you can vape it in a MTL tank at 15w and it's still full of flavour.

So my question is, have any of you guys encountered any flavour that acts in the same way FW Jungle Juice does in my example? also, what could it be in the Jungle Juice that does this? Perhaps the menthol? It just seems to have so much flavour even in pod or low watt mtl styled devices and you don't have to up the flavour % to taste it.

EDIT: Another point is that my example recipe is mellow and yet also full of flavour. It's so mellow that you can vape it all day and not get sick of it but it doesn't feel like it needs any flavour added to it, kind of like the prickly victory recipe. It's just strange because mellow and full of flavour seem to be two things that can't exist at the same time but in this case they do.
