First time user – Trying to move on from a bad experience https://ift.tt/33whdXp

Apologies if the title is a bit misleading,

A bit about my usage on what not,
– I casually smoke cigarettes if I am out on a weekend. Maybe once or twice a month. I have no desire to smoke when I'm by myself.
– Have tried a vape only once, I think it was a pod system? Hard to recall what effect it had on me during the time. It definitely had some THC juice in it because of the smell and taste.
— Other than that, I use no other substance apart from caffeine.

About the bad experience, well last week I smoked a bong that a friend had mixed (with tobacco) and it really messed me up. I had a huge panic attack about half an hour later and since that night I feel like I am still recovering, and that it has ruined my progress with any form of anxiety that I had prior. I had only smoked a bong maybe 4-5 times before that incident.

I told a different friend about the incident and he was pissed off, he's an advocate for the drug. He's now offered to buy me a vape pen with a juice containing a very low THC amount and I have taken up the offer.

Now I got two questions, one may not be related to this subreddit

– I'm looking to start vaping for a slight relief of anxiety and to gain mental clarity. A low THC juice he is confident will help, anyone with experience?

– How often should I be vaping from the pen? Do I take it in scheduled hits, so breakfast – lunch – dinner?

I'm really quite new to this subject, but it has been on my list for quite sometime to get a hold of some form of CBD. I'm not in it for a high at all.
