Vaporesso OSMALL: A Review https://ift.tt/2y9AjYF

INTRO

Hello everybody! It has been a while but we are BACK on TRACK with reviewing and I have lots of devices to get to so here we are. Today we have another pod system coming from Vaporesso. The last device I had reviewed was the Target PM80 and I wasn’t too happy with the coil leakage and yeah. This device is not the same as the PM in fact it is a much more compact pod JUUL like system. Strictly meant for MTL vaping, it is a neat little thing that I am excited to talk about with you all so let’s get started!

Disclaimer for transparency: this device was sent to me from Vaporesso for the purpose of this review but that does not change my opinion on the device.

PACKAGING AND ASSEMBLY

The OSMALL comes in a very simple package with your user manual, warranty information, micro USB cable, 2ml 1.2ohm pod and your battery.

My first impressions of the system was that it was ridiculously light. It’s made of complete plastic and it is very tiny so it weighs almost nothing. Very easily palmable. So the pod is covered with a connection protector that you take off. The fill port is on the side of the pod and what I really liked about this is that the hole is positioned perfectly so that as you fill your pod you saturate you’re coil at the same time. It completely covers it and drips onto it. It was something that I noticed and I really like because it does help with the priming wait time. You fill up your pod, insert it into the top of the batter and you’re good to go! You have the micro USB port on the bottom of the battery which is a little bit of a bummer because I would like to start seeing USB C charging in these soon.

OVERALL PERFORMANCE

The flavor off of these pods is phenomenal. Honestly it is super good. It lingers, it’s a very saturated and dense flavor. Not dissatisfied at whatsoever. It reminds me of the Caliburn flavor and maybe even the Renova Zero but better. These coils have a new flax cotton and “non woven fabric”. I don’t know what they did, but it tastes great and vapes great.

The draw on it is very tight. It’s a strictly MTL pod with a 1.2 ohm resistance firing at 11 watts. You’re supposed to use it for salts and high level nicotine liquids. The draw is very similar to the Renova Zero. Very tight and MTL. The OSMALL might even be a bit tighter. I feel like this tightness is what helps the flavor so much.

There is a battery indicator on the front of the device that lets you know when your pod is not connected right or you need to charge it. It also lets you know when it’s fully charged and ready to go. The overall performance of this pod system has been very enjoyable. It’s compact, light, portable and it has decent battery life with 350mAh. Lasts me a full day with moderate use.

FINAL PROS

• Portability • Ease of use • 2ml pod • Great flavor • new cotton material • decent battery life • Affordable! Apparently msrp is $20 for these kits.

FINAL CONS

• A little cheaply made but that’s kinda the point • Could’ve used a slightly better battery • Only comes with 1 pod. That sucks. • No USB C

OUTRO

This is a cool pod system. It works like a lot of other pod systems. This one has really good flavor and is super portable and affordable. I like this pod. I recommend it to every level of vaper!

Thank you for reading! Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much to Vaporesso for sending me out these samples. I have a bunch more stuff to review including a really exciting one coming a bit later this week. Stay tuned!
