What y’all use to wick? https://ift.tt/2WTQ6F2

So basically I have been using 1/2-1/4 of an organic Japanese cotton pad for 2.5mm coils . Separating the faces of the pads before stretching out the fibers then rolling it up, twisting the end and pulling it through before the fluff and tuck.

I currently have a vertical coil with one side tucked under and the other folded over in the derringer.

I'm trying to cycle the cotton but I tend to get a burn in the back of my throat before it's bone dry, even in a regular coil. So idk if I'm using too much cotton or I just haven't wicked in a long ass time and I just suck now, but how much cotton would y'all use for 2.5mm coils? They're 26 guage Kanthal at .5 ohms. I'm using at 13-23 watts. Is my wattage too low??
