Any tips for quitting vaping? Healthy replacement habits? https://ift.tt/2Ryd7d9

I use to smoke for 10years went through a phase of smoking heavily but for the last few years I only smoked on weekends maybe a pack over 1 – 2 weekends. I switched to a vape which stopped my cigarette cravings but I’ve become more addicted to vaping as it is easily accessible and you can vape indoors and not smell gross. Now I still don’t consider myself a heavy vape I was using 3mg but am now diluting it by half. I usually get cravings after food and after work. I am thinking of going cold turkey and I need a habit to replace those times. I am thinking tomorrow I will start going for a walk when I get a craving but obviously I can’t do this everyone time especially at night time. Any one have healthy replacement habits they can share?
