Coils not reading correctly in my mod https://ift.tt/2GWgVTT

So here's my setup:

Hellvape Passage RDA

Vaporesso Revenger (old hand-me-down from a friend)

2 Samsung 30Q's

Master Wire supply 26g SS316L wire

Some random organic cotton from Amazon

I've been doing TC (called VT on this mod) in tcr mode at 200⁰C and change the wattage based on my coil build. My problem is, recently I've been experimenting with different coil sizes and wrap amounts. After each build I make sure both coils heat evenly and wick and add juice. Then before I start vaping on TC I try to lock the Ω value so TC works properly. Before locking though I normally check on my vape tool app to see what the expected Ω value is. There have been a couple times where the value in the tool and on the mod are off by a long shot. I'm talking like reading a 0.45Ω when it should be at 0.22Ω. Restarting the mod or pulling out the batteries usually fix it but this time it doesn't seem to be working.

I made sure I installed everything correctly and am not shorting or anything but the mod shows .29Ω when according to my calculator it should be around .22Ω and it won't change and afaik there's no way to manually change it. Is this safe to use? Is it a problem with the mod? I can post pictures if that would be helpful. It's a dual coil build SS316L 26g, 2.5mm with 6 wraps. Legs are roughly 10mm
