Hello, I run a brick and mortar shop vape shop and was wondering if paypal has robbed any other vape shops who frequent here? They locked my account and have held the money and today is the 180th day since my account lock. The reason 180 days is significant is it's the timeframe paypal says they are going to hold my money. It's over 15 grand and is life changing for me, meanwhile it's a pittance to what a multibillion dollar cooperation like paypal pulls in on a daily basis.
If they do not return my money what is my course of action? Are there any lawyers who think I have a case based on ignorance? or because I agreed to their terms I'm pretty much SOL?
June 20th – Locked account
Sept 30th – Xfered all $ to paypal for " damages caused by Acceptable Use Policy violation "
(funny how the punishment is EXACTLY what's in my balance, if I had 1k or 100k would they have taken it all too?)
Dec 20th- 180 days since account lock.
I'm feeling the worst but hoping for the best, but I feel I'm totally screwed in this situation
