Avoid VapeRoyalty: takes literal ages to ship https://ift.tt/3rDdJ1E

I placed my order with VapeRoyalty over two weeks ago. They haven’t provided me with any tracking info or status of my order. I’ve emailed twice and they don’t have a phone number to call.

I placed the same order for the same items on another site and got a tracking number within 2 hours. It’s been shipped.

This a bit ridiculous, I’m posting this as an FYI to people who buy their vape or eCig stuff online: AVOID VAPEROYALTY IF YOU WANT YOUR STUFF IN A DECENT AMOUNT OF TIME.

Their product reviews are flooded with people saying their items haven’t shipped (1 star but then changed to 5 by the staff so it doesn’t look bad) or they say it took ages to receive their items.

Reddit also has a ton of comments, which I should have read, saying the same things. I’ve emailed them a third time now stating that if I don’t get at least an update in 24 hours to cancel my order. If they don’t cancel it, I’ll just do a chargeback — however I feel I shouldn’t have to wait this long for basic service.

I probably am just venting, but this other site man I’m super impressed! Can’t wait to get my stuff. I’m not sure if I can post links but I’d be happy to PM you after I get my items (to ensure the quality before I recommend).
