Brand new Novo 2 won’t charge Help!!! https://ift.tt/3aST0Be
So I bought a novo 2 from a new shop in town just to bring it home and have nothing happen when I plug it in. I keep trying different ports and cords and the red light will either not come on or die out after 30 seconds. I know I can probably just exchange it tomorrow but I just got this one cause my last one had a connector pin get pushed in so if they don't let me exchange I'm not trying to buy another new device (which probably won't be a novo again….). If anyone has any suggestions or has delt with this please help. Thanks!
