Issue with drag Max – voopoo won’t help https://ift.tt/2YlUSep
I've had my drag max for a month or so, and the battery door will no longer stay closed. I took it to a local vape shop, and they told me that the door latch was warped, and that I needed to file a warranty claim with voopoo, because there was no reason for the door latch mechanism to get warped that quick.
I emailed voopoo, and they requested a video and receipt. I sent both. Then, they emailed back asking for the security code on the back of the box, which I don't have anymore. I told them as such, and they replied "we need another video showing this to prove issue." I sent it. Then they came back with "we need more information to prove issue.". I responded with, "isn't this enough? Two videos, a warranty card, and a receipt? I feel like yall just don't want to help me that bad" and they didn't reply. I asked again for a response, and got none(about two weeks ago now).
I sent them all in all 2 videos, the receipt of purchase, the warranty card, and a few extra responses they didn't respond to. They still refuse to warranty my device apparently, and I'm now holding the device shut with tape. What should I do? I will buy another if I have to, but I'm worried I'll have the same problem again, and I don't want to give a company that won't help their customers anymore of my money tbh.
Tl;Dr voopoo won't warranty my drag max, even though I proved a warranty issue, not sure what to do.
