Heavy smoker looking to switch to e-cigarettes because it's slightly better for you and a gateway to eventually being 100% smokefree. My trouble is I want to buy a nice not too expensive simple contraption ( not a box one, if that's what there called?) no thrills or bells and whistles and most importantly one that I am not trapped into a cycle of buying expensive refills for every couple weeks. So I would really appreciate any recommendations because I am lost in a sea of choices (I'm in the uk).
