So, I'm a pack a day smoker, and when I drink a lot, I sometimes smoke more than a pack in one sitting. I have the basic smokers cough, but when I try to switch to vaping like Juul, ICE, or other similar salt-based alternatives, I take very heavy hits, and I have such a severe cough that I feel my diaphragm go up my throat.
Why is that? Is vaping really better than smoking?
