See a picture online and you can't tell if there's a USB port? Can't tell how deep the engravings are? I gotchu.
So, flipping through my feed on Instagram I noticed the engraving for the board/ revision number is not only shallower the but the Tilde? (~) is in a COMPLETELY different font.
On the Authentic, both tails are approximately symmetrical, meaning graphed on a plane, both tails are essentially equidistant from the middle point of the symbol, and both very closely follow the same curve.
On the clone, the tilde looks much more like the readout of a heart rate monitor, with the left tail much longer and more curved than the one on the right. Doesn't even look like the tails are the same length. Just in case this is a bit hard to visualize or I didn't explain well enough I will update this post later to include pictures for reference… I don't think anyone mentioned this or even notice it and I wanted to distract myself from the bone shatteringly boring flow of my work day.
