Please take 5 minutes to complete this consultation request from the government as they are trying to review existing regulations on tobacco products and e-cigarettes.
Personally, I believe they should scrap the limits on pod systems. Not only do I believe the 1.8mg limit prevents smokers from quitting (and I have many friends as evidence), it has a dangerous and negative economic side effect of creating a black market for fake, ripoff, unregulated pods.
