Quitting smoking, switching to a pod. https://ift.tt/3dyJSTD

So let me start this by saying I’ve never been into vaping before. About 5 or 6 years ago my husband was, so I remember watching him rebuild his coils and he had a drip tip etc. Things have obviously changed a lot since then, but I picked up a Smok Novo X yesterday. It’s been 24 hours since my last cigarette and since picking up on vaping. I’m having no issues with the transition. I’m taking “smoke breaks” so that I don’t end up just puffing on it all day. I started out with 4mg and I’ve got my pod running at 14.5 watts. My plan is to eventually bring down my mg until I’m at 0 and stop vaping altogether. I’m eager to start and finish but I want to make sure I’m not too eager to the point of failure so I’ve got a couple questions.

How quickly should I bring down my MG, should I be messing with the watts as well throughout my journey? Thank you in advance for the help.
