Can anyone recommend me a good mix for these? And preferably which company does the best concentrates for these. Could only ever find one juice with these flavours and it was amazing but too much coolada. So not heavy on the coolada please just like to know it’s there. Sorry very very new to diy thanks in advance

There is a flavor I cannot stand but can’t put my finger on it. Help https://ift.tt/2B5uzQJ

I got a terkish blend butterscotch custard made diy for me … it tasted kinda smokey and peppery. I was bummed out and i know it isn't the nicotine. I purchased "mallow man" Keep it 100 today and that same flavor is in this juice .. I feel like its TPA toasted marshmallow. Im just starting to get into DIY and want to stay away from this flavor at all costs. Help me pinpoint it. Could it be TPA VBIC?

Thanks so much

Boomdog Review Winners via /r/DIY_eJuice

Boomdog Review Winners https://ift.tt/2P2ptHX

The deadline passed and judges (me, /u/concreteriver , /u/mlnikon) have read and rated reviews written by new mixers for the Boomdog Review Writing Contest. There weren't many entries but the judging was still difficult; it was easy to tell all of these mixers put some work into reviewing these recipes for the community.

And the winner is…

/u/Musth for the review of Prickly Victory

2nd place belongs to

/u/alfredpudding for the Full Review of Sadlad Toast Crunch

and 3rd goes to

/u/graystorm01 for reviewing Strawberry Overdose.

There's also an honorable mention for /u/sc0lm00 who took us with him on his journey though strawberry milks and placid clones

All four of these reviewers will get lots of flavors from /u/Boomdog07 – get it touch with him via PM to claim your prizes.

1st and 2nd places will also receive gift cards to Bull City Flavors from me. Shoot me a message and we'll work out the details of that.

Finally, to /u/WykkydGaming , you just barely missed getting the official honorable mention on this one but providing the community with a thorough, honest review is such an awesome thing to do, I want to give you a shout-out here and a small token of appreciation type prize. I have a couple of options for you to choose from, msg me.

Thanks to everyone who participated, everyone who followed with interest and would have entered if it wasn't limited to new mixers, and especially thanks to Boomdog for giving away over half a gallon of flavoring to encourage quality recipe review writing, which is IMO a type of community service every bit as important as flavor reviews, sharing recipes, and giving advice.

I yam who I Yam, Ube you: Flavor of the Week Goes back to its Roots https://ift.tt/2MlCtK6

As always, the purpose of this thread is to gather the community to explore a category of flavor and its many uses. And it's also to have FUN!

Post recipes containing this week's Flavor of the Week, as the star or in a supporting role, with or without development notes. Talk about other people's recipes that use it. Compare and contrast different manufacturers' versions of the FOTW. Ask for help using that flavor in general or to achieve something specific, offer advice, brainstorm ideas, consider substitutions, suggest pairings… really anything at all as long as it's on topic.

This week's flavor is… Roots: Ube/Yam/Taro

How did that get to be the FOTW?

It was requested. If you're not interested in this FOTW, please take this opportunity and comment to request one that interests you (or send me a PM to do that).

Past FOTW posts can be found here

The NOTED podcasts, which are bascially video FOTWs, are listed on this sheet, maintained by /u/apexified

Next week's flavor will be: Cookies & Biscuits

The week after that will be: Lemonade

The week after that will be: Mint

The week after that will be: Crème Brûlée

The week after that will be: International Creams (Bavarian, Italian, Devon, Vienna, Catalan, Irish)

The week after that will be: Domestic Creams (Sweet, Fresh, and just plain Cream)

The week after that will be: Kiwi

The week after that will be: Butterscotch

The week after that will be: Nougat

The week after that will be: White Chocolate

The week after that will be: Chocolate

The week after that will be: Pecan

The week after that will be: Florals

The week after that will be: Ice Cream

The week after that will be: Herbs

The week after that will be: Tropical Punch/Tropical Blends

The week after that will be: Mixed/Weird Berries

The week after that will be: Root Beer

Top 3 Favorite Flavor Con. Brands for DIY Mixing https://ift.tt/2Bazyzr

Hey there so to get it get right to it, I'm trying to make my own juice… I've had a few different brands of flavor concentrates and I know what to do as far as moving and all that but when I have made my own juice ive never had a mix that has tasted like anything I've bought at a vape shop….kinda like you'd know if it was a diy mix or store bought….

So the question is, are my choices in flavors the issue? Or the brands? And saying that what's a good flavor concentrate brand I can stick with?

I'd like to see your top 3 favorite brands

(And then see which brand is liked the most by the people that respond to this and I'll give it a try)

Thanks a bunch!! -Kuza
